Profile
The textile spinning business of (CFL) comprises of 55,956
spindles in two units located at Bhikki, Punjab and
Nooriabad, Sindh. The units are based on the latest
equipment and are staffed by well qualified and
experienced personnel. The facilities are capable of
producing 21 million pounds of blended ring spun yarn per
year. The product range includes coarse, medium and fine
count yarns ranging from 10/1 to 80/1.

The company’s product
range includes ring spun blended yarns from Ne 10/1
to Ne 80/1 using cotton of various origins including
Pakistan, CIS, Supima, and Egyptian Giza.

Blended Yarns – Fine
Count CVC : 60% Polyester / 40% Cotton
CFL is considered a leading supplier of fine count
CVC yarns using various origins of imported cotton.
The product range includes 50/1, 60/1, 70/1 and 80/1
Combed using Supima, CIS and Giza Cotton. The yarn
is supplied to leading weaving mills exporting primarily
to the high end US home textiles market.

Blended Yarns – Coarse and Medium Count CVC : 60%
Polyester / 40% Cotton
In coarse and medium count CVC yarns, the company
manufactures both carded and combed yarn ranging from 10/1
to 40/1. This yarn is used in both the knitting and the
weaving sectors.

Blended Yarns: 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton
The company specializes in producing yarns in the 65/35
blend ratio and is the leading supplier of this yarn to
weavers supplying the European market. The product range
includes both carded and combed yarn in counts ranging
from 10/1 to 20/1.

Blended Yarns: 52% Polyester / 48% Cotton
In this blend ratio, the company focuses on medium count
yarns ranging from 20/1 to 40/1 in both carded and combed.
The yarn is supplied to both the knitting and the weaving
sector.
